Brielle and Brad had the most beautiful Country Chic Wedding in Geneva, Ne. I still can’t believe that we were able to be a part of it. We began the day at Brielle’s grandparents house where her and her girls got their hair and makeup done. She had every little detail planned out and had the most special items. Her bouquet was from Blue Blossom in Friend and was the perfect summer bouquet with bright pinks and white. It matched the girl’s dresses perfectly. Brielle looked stunning in her tank, sweetheart neck, ivory and champagne lace wedding dress… and that train – Just take a look! One of my favorite details was the flower girl wagon. They actually used Brielle’s Mom’s Wedding Dress in it and then a little seat for the flower girl. It was the cutest thing ever!
After Brad and Brielle had their first looks, we knocked out family portraits and then got ready for the ceremony. I used to go to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church when I was in growing up and I can’t believe how much it has changed. The church was beautiful and Brad and Brielle had a beautiful ceremony. I love seeing the emotion that each of them had throughout the day. They are truly a perfect match and you could just feel the love that they had for each other! After the ceremony we stopped in Fairmont to take some photos and then off to Friend to the Tipsy Cow. They were all ready to celebrate their marriage and had the BEST party bus! We also had the groomsmen race to the beer, so those photos turned out so fun!
As a Nebraska Wedding Photographer, I loved every detail about this country chic wedding. All of the wooden pallets, the bight florals, the hoops behind the head table, the simple cake and of course that each table had a different decoration on it. My most favorite piece was the LOVE sign in front of the DJ Booth! Maxine, my second shooter, did an amazing job capturing some first dance photos with that in it!
You guys, I still can’t get over how good of a day this was. This wedding was extra special for me because I used to babysit Brielle and Ashton when I was in High School. We grew up just a mile away from each other. It was so great to be able to capture this special day for Brielle and Brad and their families (which by the way, are the kindest people ever!) Thank you all so much again and I wish you both many years of happiness!!
