Ryan and I love going to Colorado especially Estes Park. We made a super quick trip up there over the New Years and it was a perfect little getaway. We relaxed in our cabin, drove through the mountains, drank some wine and beer and ate good food! We also stopped in Fort Collins and ate at the Waffle Lab, shown below! I would highly recommend it! We also had a nice NYE dinner with Baxter and his wife!. Rocky Mountain Park showed off the Elk this year!
