Everyone, Meet Remy Meyer! She is our new addition to our little family and has been such blessing along with tons of work! Remy is a Golden Retriever who was born on September 10th. We picked her up in the middle of November and she has grown so much. She is almost 30 pounds now and is learning the basic commands of sit, shake, lay down and high five! We still need to work on come and stay. Remy has such a cute personality and loves to cuddle. She is such a people dog and loves being around you. I think she has separation anxiety during the night because she still won’t sleep through the night. Hopefully she gets over that soon! Here are a few photos of her first fall at the house.
This Golden Retriever has so many toys. I have such a hard time going into a store without buying toys or treats! She is a pretty spoiled dog!
Remy has already eaten 5 socks. I was worried sick about her when I realized that she had gotten ahold of one of mine while running around the kitchen. The next morning she not only threw up one sock or two socks, but three socks. Then a few weeks later, she threw up two more! I couldn’t believe it and very quickly learned that I had to buy a hamper! Since then, she has only chewed up her toy gingerbread man, her toy duck and her toy monkey!
I just love this last photo of Remy. I love how small she was, even though I know she is going to get up to 80 pounds. Overall, she is a pretty good dog even in her moments of evil puppy! If anyone has any tips on how to train a puppy from biting and whining, please let me know!!
