Oh my, where do I even begin with Macy’s Downtown Senior Session?!? We had the perfect evening for shooting in the Historic part of Downtown, Lincoln. Macy was my first senior to photograph this year and we had such a great time venturing around these old buildings. She wore a bright yellow flower tank and the most adorable yellow heels. This outfit made her blue eyes just pop! And, can we just talk about her long, beautiful blonde hair?!? #hairgoals
Macy is a senior at Lincoln Southeast. She is in band and was nominated for prom queen. Macy has kept up a 4.0 throughout her high school career and continues to make her family so proud everyday. She picked out a stunning off the shoulder blue dress and added a summertime straw hat to a few of her photos. I love all of her photos, but this outfit, the sun and her smile just make these my favorite!
This one is one of my personal favorites. I have shot here many times, but for some reason, this spot just asked me to do something a bit different. I have never shot from this angle and I absolutely fell in love with it! It literally makes me think of my favorite vacation spot – Charleston, South Carolina. Don’t you think?!?
I loved my time with Macy, her mom and her boyfriend. They are both such a great support system to have and all of them have the biggest hearts. We laughed at my horrible jokes (chipmunks and peanut butter) and talked about what she wanted her future to look like. Macy, You have such a bright future ahead of you and I know that you will succeed in whatever you choose. Keep your heart full of love and your eyes open, you never know where this life will take you!
