We couldn’t have kicked off wedding season with a better couple. Annie and Austin had the most perfect day planned. This coffee enthusiast, sugar-loving, laughter-filled couple are absolutely perfect for each other. We started off the day at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with a groomsmen first look. This was my first time doing this and I LOVED it! These guys are best friends and it sure shows in the photos. Annie and Austin shared their first look as well as Austin and his daughter. They made sure to include Alivia in everything that they did. These moments are just so special for their family and I am so glad that we were there to capture that! Take a look 🙂 P.S. This is my kind of wedding party. We stopped at Casey’s to pick up Sour Patch Kids and Beef Jerky. On the party bus, we drank BANG and Kool-aid and listened to 90’s music. I loved every minute of their party bus! We made it up to York and stopped at Recharge lake for the Bridal party photos. Thankfully the rain kept away for the day so we were able to use this beautiful location. Flying airplanes, hip-bumping and lots of laughter were had by all.
Hands Down, my favorite part of the day was when we stopped at Captain Red Beard’s for a Espresso shot. This was perfect for these coffee enthusiast’s and Captain Red Beard was so accommodating. I can’t wait to stop in for a drink next time I drive through York. As a Nebraska wedding photographer these are the moments that I want to remember. How is it that you make your day YOU!
Annie and Austin thought of everything! These coffee enthusiasts even gave their guest “grounds for celebration” as a wedding favor! I just loved this idea. We celebrated their marriage with the first dances and the toasts. Annie and Austin cut the cake (that Austin’s mom had made) and sealed it with a kiss.
