My dear friend is up on the blog today! I am so blessed to call this beautiful lady one of my best friends. She married the love of her life a few years ago in September. Maxine and Dan were my very first couple to take photos of! I can’t believe that they trusted me to do their engagement photos! Now, every fall we do an anniversary session and over the three years have added a cute little puppy named Jax! Okay, Okay, he isn’t exactly a little puppy, but is cute!! We decided to try a different setting for this year. We did Holmes Lake last year and did photos at the Haymarket for their engagement photos. So this year, we ventured towards a nice little coffee shop and some back alleys! As a Nebraska engagement photographer, I love being able to capture true emotion for my couples. This set was the best! Jax was able to run around and we got some good laughs! With it being an anniversary session, we still have to keep things fun and young, so I say “Can you guys kiss?” and what does Dan do? Kisses Jax first! I about died laughing…so did Maxine!!!
I am so blessed to call these guys my friends! Thank you for allowing me to shoot your anniversary session! I had so much fun and Jax did a great job! Even though he is not a cute little puppy anymore, he is still pretty adorable 😉 Keep on dreaming and enjoying life together! Love you both!!
